We collect information you provide and information created when you use Ledger:
Ledger is not a medical device and does not collect clinical health records. Workout logs are fitness data you choose to enter.
We use this information to operate the product: authenticate you, assemble sessions, show progress, send coach notifications, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
We share information only as needed to run Ledger:
We keep account and training data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing the address above. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.
You can decline optional check-in fields, disable notifications in iOS Settings, and sign out at any time. To access, correct, or delete your data, email nemesisesq@gmail.com.
Ledger is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and post the new policy at this URL.
